Quality Associate
This is a full-time non-exempt position. This position is part of a team working on a variety of Quality Control and Quality Assurance activities under general guidance. This person works closely with manufacturing and is a Quality representative on the general inspection duties, reviews and inspects materials, and keeps an accurate record of all work done in accordance with the quality system. Requires some problem-solving skills. Normally receives general instructions on routine work and detailed instruction on new assignments. Will report to a Quality Manager or Supervisor. The work is collaborative in nature and requires the ability to effectively and respectfully communicate and coordinate with peers, supervisors, and members from other departments.

- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift 50lbs.
- May be required to obtain and maintain a DoD Personnel Security Clearance.
Other advantageous skills:
- Basic laboratory skills.
- Experience in a biotech/scientific laboratory.
- Experience in a medical device manufacturing or other regulated manufacturing environment.
Training and Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
- 0-3 years' experience in a lab
