Position Summary & Responsibilities :
This internship is anticipated to run from middle of May - August 2025 working an average of 40 hours a week. This role is based in Durham, NC with a five day per week onsite requirement. Relocation Assistance is not available for this position.
The Process Engineer Intern will provide support on ongoing studies and projects in the Industrialization department.
- Support department projects through lab scale or scale-up process / product development studies, product and process validation.
- Assist in the analysis of process and product performance data to identify trends to predict potential failures and to aid in solving product and process problems
- Perform a variety of testing using analytical chemistry and / or microbiological methods and instruments.
Education, Skills, & Experience :
Engineering or Life Science (Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, etc) majors are desired
