About This Role
We are seeking a Blood Donor Services Coordinator to join our team at one of our state-of-the-art plasma collection centers. As a Blood Donor Services Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our plasma donation process. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with donors, managing donor records, and providing medical support and guidance to donors as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with donors to schedule appointments and answer questions
- Manage donor records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide medical support and guidance to donors as needed
Requirements
- LPN or LVN licensure
- Fulfill state requirements for basic IV therapy
- Complete FDA-approved training for BioLife Medical Support Specialist
- Two years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting
- Fluent English and Spanish language skills
