As a Business Analytics Lead on the Forecasting, Pricing, and Analytics (FPA) team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic development and execution of initiatives that optimize our company's data and analytics capabilities. You will develop and implement analytics solutions that support plasma volume growth, business outcome predictability, and cost management through improving how we use data both through data analysis, building / modifying reporting dashboards, improving knowledge management, and creating statistical model prototypes. This role is critically important for the success of the FPA team and reports to the Global Head of Forecasting, Pricing, and Analytics at BioLife, which is within the Plasma-Derived Therapies PDT business unit at Takeda.

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and / or from which they will be performing the job.? The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and / or long-term incentives.
