About the Role:
You will be responsible for determining donor eligibility, managing donor adverse events, reviewing laboratory test results, and notifying donors of unsuitable test results. You will work under the guidance of the Center Manager and the management of the Center Physician for operational and medical issues.

- Determine donor eligibility through informed consent, medical history interviews, physical examinations, blood testing, and reviewing Serological Protein Electrophoresis (SPE) results.
- Evaluate donor reactions at the facility according to established SOPs and follow applicable SOPs for medical emergencies, including developing Center Physician standing orders and transporting donors to emergency care facilities.
- Refer to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs when needed for unacceptable findings, medical or technical issues, including donor safety and eligibility.
- Support employee vaccinations, manage employee incidents, and determine further evaluation requirements by occupational health/ER.
