Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Coordinator for Plasma Centers to support our plasma collection operations. As a Nurse Coordinator, you will work closely with our Center Manager and Center Physician to ensure smooth operation of the center and provide exceptional care to our donors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support plasma center operations, including determining donor eligibility and managing informed consent
- Collaborate with the Center Physician and Medical Affairs team to address medical issues and concerns
- Develop and implement educational programs for employees and donors on blood safety and plasma collection procedures
- Maintain accurate records and reports on donor data and center performance
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in nursing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A valid nursing license or certification is also required.
