Biolife Plasma Services is a company dedicated to improving patients' lives through the collection and distribution of plasma. We are seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join our team and participate in an advanced leadership development program.
The program will take you to our plasma centers across the country, where you will learn the business, network with supportive leaders, and prepare yourself for accelerated career growth. After completing the program and obtaining a Plasma Center Operations Manager role, you will relocate to one of BioLife's locations.
About the Job
This is an excellent opportunity for senior leaders seeking to develop their skills while managing high-volume plasma collection facilities. The expedited training program lasts approximately six months, followed by 12 months to obtain a Plasma Center Manager position.

Requirements
We are looking for candidates with 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20 direct reports). You must be willing to travel up to 95% during the Trainee Program and have a valid driver's license for the entire duration of the program.
Additional requirements include ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as willingness to relocate upon graduation/completion of the Trainee Program.
