We are seeking a highly skilled Plasma Center Coordinator to join our team at BioLife Plasma Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for determining donor eligibility, managing donor adverse events, and supporting the Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees.
About the Role:
You will work closely with the Center Manager and Center Physician to ensure the smooth operation of the plasma center. Your duties will include evaluating donor reactions, referring to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs as needed, and managing employee incidents.
What You Will Bring: To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be currently licensed or certified as an EMT-Paramedic in the state where responsibilities will be assigned. Additionally, you must be able to fluently speak and read in both English and Spanish.
