The Plasma Center Leadership Advancement Program at BioLife Plasma Services is designed to equip senior leaders with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Through this program, participants will gain hands-on experience in team management, customer service, and operations management, ultimately preparing them for a Plasma Center Operations Manager role.
About the Program:
- Program Length: Approximately 12 months
- Travel Requirements: Up to 95%

Responsibilities:
- Participate in a comprehensive training program with extensive travel
- Manage teams and develop strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Work towards obtaining a Plasma Center Operations Manager position
- Provide exceptional customer service and retain donors
Requirements:
- Relocation required upon graduation/completion of Trainee Program
- 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20 direct reports)
- Up to 90-100% travel during the Trainee Program
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
