Job Description
The Plasma Center Nurse Professional will report directly to the Center Manager and work under the guidance of the Center Physician for operational and medical issues. Your primary responsibility will be to determine donor eligibility and manage donor adverse events in accordance with company protocols and regulatory requirements.
You will review laboratory test results, notify donors of unsuitable test results, and provide center level support of environmental, health, and safety (EHS) initiatives. You will also be responsible for supporting the Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees.
Key qualifications for this role include a high school diploma or equivalent, current licensure or certification as an EMT-Paramedic, and completion of the FDA-approved training requirements for BioLife Medical Support Specialists.
