As a Senior Operations Management Trainee at BioLife, you will have the opportunity to advance your career in a supportive team environment. You will travel up to 95% of the time to learn the business and network with BioLife team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a six-month expedited training program to develop leadership capabilities
- Use interpersonal and communication skills to cultivate a positive environment and motivate a team of diverse individuals
- Work towards obtaining a Plasma Center Operations Manager position by completing the training program and building relationships across BioLife
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20 direct reports)
- Up to 90-100% travel during the Trainee Program
- Able to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
