You will gain and demonstrate practical experience in testing, troubleshooting, and developing modern in-home power management technologies. You will work with experienced engineers and technicians, contributing to real-world deliverables that enhance power supply systems and energy storage solutions.

About The Role
BioLite is looking for a motivated and hands-on Engineering Intern to join our team this summer of 2025. You will gain and demonstrate practical experience in testing, troubleshooting, and developing modern in-home power management technologies. You will work with experienced engineers and technicians, contributing to real-world deliverables that enhance power supply systems and energy storage solutions.
You Will
- Help design, building, and modifying test fixtures, lab equipment, and devices under test.
- Learn and apply safe handling procedures for high-energy density and high-voltage electronic equipment.
- Support prototype manufacturing, rework, and test fixture fabrication.
- Develop technical engineering test plans.
- Collect, document, and analyze technical test data to support engineering recommendations.
- Summarize findings and present conclusions and recommendations to engineering teams.
- Participate in technical reviews and engineering meetings.
- Collaborate with experienced engineers and technicians to solve technical problems like root cause analysis and software de-bugging.
- Help with the development and construction of the test lab environment.
- Enrolled in an engineering undergraduate program in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field, or prior experience working with electronics and energy storage systems.
- Introductory understanding of electric circuit design, component selection, and analysis.
- Communicate technical content.
- Familiarity with fabrication tools and electronic equipment (hand tools, power tools, oscilloscopes, power supplies, multimeters)
- Interested in power electronics, energy storage, and consumer electronics.
