Duties
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Answer phone calls with professional phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments and follow-up reminders
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Manage schedules and appointments for team members as a personal assistant when needed.
- Assist the Clinical Research Coordinator in ensuring a smooth running of studies
Skills
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Experience in filing systems and maintaining organized documentation.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
- Proficiency in Graphics Designing and Social Media advertising is a plus
