BioMechanic Physical Therapy is seeking a new addition to our Virginia Beach Office! We are a 100% Physical Therapist owned practice with a unique focus on biomechanics through creative problem-solving, skilled manual therapy, and use of the latest and proven technologies. Job-Type: Full time, 40 hours per week.

Schedule: 8 - 5 Monday through Friday with some flexibility on hours.

Compensation: $15-$20 per hour, commensurate with medical reception experience.

Duties include:

• Getting to know our patients!
• Following up with patients
• Maintaining insurance information and communicating with physicians
• Answering patient calls and making sure they are able to see their therapist ASAP.
• Greeting patients and facilitating new patient paperwork.
• Pull charts and prepare for each appointment.
• Check patients in and out and schedule next appointments.
• Complete Daily Treatment Record with charges and collect copays (if applicable)
• File completed charts
