General Summary/Objective:
The role of Project Manager for Tech Software is responsible for tracking, planning, organizing, and ensuring that OneAegis customer implementations, and other Tech Software projects, are effectively completed with stakeholder transparency and efficiency.
Tracking changes in requirements and making certain that they are clearly understood should be second nature to the Project Manager as well as tracking down loose ends and tasks.
The Project Manager will work alongside Tech Software team members and client personnel to define the requirements for software implementations and other projects. They will help define and document the deliverables for both the team and the client, the expected timelines for each, and track, document, and shepherd them to completion.
The Project Manager will also work with the Tech Software development team to organize and track the tasks required for successful client implementations as well as larger development projects as defined by Tech Software senior leadership.
The successful project manager will be a seasoned multitasker; know how to recognize urgent client matters and effectively prioritize and escalate such matters appropriately to Tech Software senior leadership.
Duties/Responsibilities:
On-boarding/Implementation of OneAegis
- Confirm the requirements gathering, building, testing, training, and completion of tasks associated with client implementations
- Provide concierge-level customer service
- Document client requirements and changes for implementing OneAegis
- Log and track client issues
- Confirm client set up and training has successfully been completed
- Interface with the OneAegis Support Team to develop best approaches
Development of OneAegis
- Track upcoming client needs with development
- Work with Development Lead and Senior Support Development Liaison to prioritize upcoming development projects.
- Work with Development Lead to document and track identified components of larger development projects
Daily project tasks
- Verify that tasks are being completed according to timeline
- Make adjustments for tasks that are completed early or are behind
- Interact with stakeholders to update timelines based upon changes to requirements or available personnel
- Follow up with customers to confirm issues are resolved
- Work closely with supervisor and Support Specialists to identify areas at risk of not meeting deadlines
- Work as a team member on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects
- Work independently, take initiative, and troubleshoot daily routine problems as they occur
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned

Education required:
Bachelors Degree
Experience Required:
Minimum of 8 years managing multiple projects developing detailed project plans
Experience learning different businesses and understanding the different nuances between different implementations of the same basic business
Qualifications:
Advanced level computer skills
Demonstrate outstanding quality customer service skills
Ability to track and manage multiple projects with multiple staff and client teams
Ability to be comfortable working with clients via video conference calls
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in project management software tools and methodologies
Able to adapt to changing technologies, and project requirements
Good listener
Strong attention to detail
Investment and ownership in the goals of Tech Software

$75,000 - $90,000/Exempt
