Service Coordinator – Biomedical Field Service

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule service calls for field technicians, ensuring timely response to client needs
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing service requests and inquiries
• Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and documentation
• Communicate with technicians to track job progress and ensure efficient workflow
• Assist with inventory management and procurement of necessary parts and equipment
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards

Qualifications:

• Experience in service coordination, dispatching, or administrative support (Biomedical or healthcare industry experience preferred)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
