The Compensation Analyst will develop, communicate, implement, and administer Biomerics compensation programs.? This position will partner with leadership to establish structure, policies, and procedures to make Biomerics a great place to work and attract, retain, and motivate top talent. This role will also be responsible for tracking, auditing, and administering the equity programs. Additionally, this role will become a superuser on HR systems and data reporting.?

Responsibilities
- Job Analysis and Evaluation: Price new jobs using salary surveys or slotting. Determine the exemption status of jobs. Meet directly with leaders at all levels to conduct job analysis.
- Participate in salary surveys and analyze data from survey sources to determine competitiveness.
- Implement and maintain the global pay structure, job architecture, compensation policies, and procedures.
- Support the design of global pay structure, variable pay structure, stock grant schedule, job architecture, and comp and benefits policies/procedures.
- Meet directly with HR partners and company leaders at all levels to consult on base pay, bonus targets, market data, job architecture, and policies/procedures related to compensation.
- Administer the annual pay analysis process to ensure pay alignment with company philosophies and strategies.
- Examine and evaluate employee compensation programs to ensure all programs are fulfilling their objectives to attract, retain, and motivate team members.
- Partner with leadership across the organization to write job descriptions. Maintain a database of all job descriptions. Interview and survey employees and managers to gather and document job, organizational, and occupational information, including duties, responsibilities, and skills required by each job.
- Determine the FLSA exemption status and ensure compliance with all federal and state compensation laws
- Write and deliver relevant communications and training to team members.
- Conduct data analysis, reporting and audits.
- Manage compensation functions in HR information systems and be a superuser within the org and team.
- Maintain and create records, reports, and documentation in accordance with federal, state, and provider regulations.
- Administer and track equity programs with 100% accuracy, including auditing existing agreements and managing equity programs under the supervision of leadership.
- Other duties as assigned.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field, plus 5 to 7 years of experience as a Compensation Analyst and/or Benefits Specialist.??
- Advanced Excel skills required.
- Advanced knowledge of compensation, bonus, and equity plans, programs, and administration.
- Advanced knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of human resource laws, regulations, and best practices required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- CCP certification preferred.
