Job Description
This role involves working closely with our manufacturing team to ensure all production equipment is running at optimal levels. Key responsibilities include:
- Setting up production molds and machines according to established processes
- Performing daily preventive maintenance on molds and documenting any issues found
- Cleaning mold and machine platen areas as needed
- Supporting operation in a mold setter function during high production demands
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience with plastics processing and trouble shooting
- Ability to work night shift, overtime, and weekends as needed
- Computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- RJG Decoupled Molding Training (Sys 1, Master Molder 1)
- White Belt and Yellow Belt Training
