MCS Manufacturing Associate

We are seeking a Manufacturing Associate to support development, clinical, and launch activities. This role involves hands-on operations in a GMP-regulated environment, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure manufacturing excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on operations: Equipment setup, cleaning, and sanitization.
• Buffer & media preparation following manufacturing procedures (MPs) and SOPs.
• Adhere to GMP, safety, and compliance regulations.
• Perform critical process monitoring and basic troubleshooting.
• Conduct in-process sampling and operate analytical equipment.
• Washroom activities: Cleaning small- and large-scale equipment.
• Work in a clean room environment, wearing full gowning and PPE.
• Draft and revise SOPs, MPs, and quality documentation.
• Identify and recommend process improvements.
• Perform documentation review (equipment logs, batch records).
• Work in an environment that may involve repetitive tasks, high-pressure systems, and heavy equipment.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Biology, Biochemistry, or Chemistry OR
• Associate’s degree 4 years of experience OR
• High School Diploma/GED 6 years of experience.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and follow written instructions (SOPs, policies, and guidelines).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Biology, or Life Sciences.
• Experience in cell culture and lab work
• Experience with analytical equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to perform repetitive tasks and remain on your feet for long periods.

• Regularly lift up to 35 lbs. and push/pull objects requiring up to 50 lbs. of force.
• Perform physical movements, including bending, climbing, kneeling, squatting, and reaching.

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Possible Weekends)
