We are seeking a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR partnership and guidance to assigned business units within the G&A organization. Act as an employee champion and change agent to drive organizational effectiveness. Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and organizational design.
- Handle routine employee relations issues including coaching managers on how to write reviews and provide constructive feedback, advisement of employee leaves and accommodations, and more nuanced issues with the guidance of HR leadership team member.
- Coach managers on employee engagement, performance management, career development, and succession planning.
- Identify training needs and collaborate with learning & development to create impactful programs.
- Partner with compensation to conduct salary reviews and ensure internal equity.
- Advise employees and managers on various HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Partner with COEs as needed, to ensure programs align with the needs of the client..
- Implement HR initiatives and change management activities within the business.
- Develop positive relationships and maintain confidence and trust with all levels of employees
