The Director will collaborate cross-functionally to support drug development and regulatory submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute clinical pharmacology strategies for small molecule drug candidates.
- Design and oversee clinical pharmacology studies, including PK/PD analysis.
- Prepare and defend clinical pharmacology sections in regulatory filings (IND, NDA, etc.).
- Collaborate with Clinical, Research, Regulatory, and Biometrics teams.
- Ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Pharmacokinetics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
- 7 years of industry or post-doctoral experience in clinical pharmacology.
- Strong understanding of PK/PD modeling and clinical study design.
- Experience with regulatory filings and interactions with health authorities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
