This role supports discovery-phase efforts in a pharmacology-focused environment, specifically involving in vitro techniques. The position centers around bioanalytical workflows using LC-MS/MS and related instrumentation. The individual will be involved in hands-on operation, method development, data analysis, and reporting within a collaborative research setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out standard bioanalytical procedures to aid both cell-based and preclinical studies
- Operate and maintain LC-MS instruments; assist with troubleshooting when needed
- Contribute to method development and exploratory experiments
- Engage with multidisciplinary teams to provide analytical support across drug discovery pipelines
- Maintain detailed records of experiments and instrument performance
- Summarize findings in both written reports and team meetings
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in a life sciences field such as pharmacology, neuroscience, or a related area
- Some relevant experience in an industry setting
- Familiarity with UPLC-MS systems (Chromeleon knowledge is a plus)
- Experience with high-resolution MS platforms, TOF, and/or triple quadrupole systems
- Comfortable interpreting chromatographic and MS data, especially involving small molecules
- Demonstrated ability to perform reproducible assays and identify performance issues
- Detail-oriented with an eye for trends or anomalies in complex datasets
- Works well independently and within team settings
- Proficiency in standard computer tools including Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational abilities
- Dependable with a commitment to meeting timelines
- Strong motivation and a team-first mindset
- Accurate record-keeping skills
- Background knowledge in analytical techniques, mass spectrometry, and cell-based assays is preferred
