Job Details: Responsible for supporting the Sales Department through completion of administrative duties and clerical tasks for efficient operations. Responsibilities Notify physicians of patient benefits Prepare an Explanation of Benefits letter and fax to office Triage prescriptions to in-network pharmacy if we cannot fill Assist offices with obtaining the proper PA form to submit Follow up with plans to obtain prior authorization status as necessary Support all Specialty Pharmacy activity in the delivery of medications, i.e., assisting center in procuring missing documentation, and communicating information to M.D. offices Maintain up-to-date CRM and EMR records, as well as any other requested records, in accordance with company instructions Follow all Brand Drug specific program steps and document as required.
