As a Procurement Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in managing the purchasing process, ensuring our clients receive accurate materials oon time. You’ll be a trusted advisor, a proactive problem solver, and a resourceful self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, growing company.

Key Responsibilities :

Owning the Procurement Process : Process and track client orders with precision and urgency, prioritizing critical purchases to ensure seamless delivery.
Managing Supplier Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiate better pricing, and explore cost-saving opportunities.
Delivering an Exceptional Client Experience : Serve as a key point of contact, providing real-time updates on orders, pricing, and requisition status while proactively identifying and addressing potential challenges.
Solving Problems Proactively : Use strong critical thinking skills to research, troubleshoot, and resolve procurement-related issues efficiently.
Optimizing Procurement Efficiency : Identify trends, suggest alternative suppliers, and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.
Working Cross-Functionally : Collaborate with internal teams in a fast-moving, ever-evolving environment where flexibility and teamwork are key to client success.
Driving Continuous Improvement : Stay curious, ask the right questions, and seek opportunities to enhance processes and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and ability to process orders accurately in a fast-moving environment.

Agility and adaptability, comfortable navigating change and shifting priorities as business needs evolve.

Excellent time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) for effective interactions with clients and suppliers.

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook; experience with procurement software is a plus.

Resilience and collaboration, ability to work well with a team, support colleagues, and seek solutions proactively.

Self-starter mentality, takes initiative, identifies gaps, and contributes beyond immediate responsibilities.

Prior purchasing or procurement experience is preferred but not required, we value problem-solving ability and a willingness to learn.
