As a Procurement Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in managing the purchasing process, ensuring our clients receive accurate materials on time. Key Responsibilities:
- Owning the Procurement Process: Process and track client orders with precision and urgency, prioritizing critical purchases to ensure seamless delivery.
- Managing Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiate better pricing, and explore cost-saving opportunities.
- Delivering an Exceptional Client Experience: Serve as a key point of contact, providing real-time updates on orders, pricing, and requisition status while proactively identifying and addressing potential challenges.
- Solving Problems Proactively: Use strong critical thinking skills to research, troubleshoot, and resolve procurement-related issues efficiently.
