Your Role
- Applicants must be based in South Florida and should be prepared to travel to the Aventura office and the Davie site as needed.
- Provides end user support for agency computers and networking with demonstrated ability to troubleshoot Windows.
- Coordinates help desk/end user support activities for the department and other desktop technicians.
- Basic troubleshooting, Windows 10, 11, MS Office, Adobe, Printers, Monitors etc.
- Onboarding – Device Set up & Shipment.
- Local Travel Required- 20%
- Highschool graduate or equivalent, preferably a Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent English (oral and written)
- Microsoft A certification (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task, attention to detail, self-starter, ability to prioritize
- Ability to work independently
- Troubleshooting and diagnosis capabilities
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of desktop support services
- Must demonstrate the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
