Your Role

• Applicants must be based in South Florida and should be prepared to travel to the Aventura office and the Davie site as needed.
• Provides end user support for agency computers and networking with demonstrated ability to troubleshoot Windows.
• Coordinates help desk/end user support activities for the department and other desktop technicians.
• Basic troubleshooting, Windows 10, 11, MS Office, Adobe, Printers, Monitors etc.
• Onboarding – Device Set up & Shipment.
• Local Travel Required- 20%
  
  

Your Profile

• Highschool graduate or equivalent, preferably a Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent English (oral and written)
• Microsoft A certification (preferred)
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task, attention to detail, self-starter, ability to prioritize
• Ability to work independently
• Troubleshooting and diagnosis capabilities
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of desktop support services
• Must demonstrate the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
