About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Tier 3 Project Engineer to join our IT Project Delivery team. This role focuses on the successful execution of IT projects and mentoring other project engineers to drive exceptional results. As a Tier 3 Project Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing complex IT solutions, resolving escalated technical challenges, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within scope.
This position plays a critical role in the success of our clients' IT initiatives by delivering high-quality technical solutions and fostering professional growth within the team.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution: Lead the execution of assigned projects, ensuring they meet technical requirements and client expectations.
Technical Expertise: Act as the highest level of technical escalation for project engineers, providing guidance on complex issues.
Mentorship: Mentor and train project engineers to improve their technical skills and ensure adherence to best practices.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure seamless planning and execution of projects.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of project implementations, configurations, and procedures using IT Glue.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance delivery processes and methodologies to optimize project outcomes.
About You

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project delivery, with a focus on hands-on technical implementation.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Hyper-V, VMware, and networking solutions.
Familiarity with PSA and RMM tools (e.g., Autotask, Kaseya VSA) and IT Glue for documentation.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Professional IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, Cisco) are a plus.
