Trade Marketing and Event Manager – on location: Miami, Florida

About the Role

As Trade Marketing and Event Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Trade Marketing Manager to take charge of organizing, coordinating, and executing trade fairs, medical shows, and events. Additionally, this role will manage point-of-sale (POS) marketing initiatives tailored for retail partners. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong logistical and marketing skills, and be willing to travel across the U.S. and internationally (10% - 20%).

Your key responsibilities are:

Event Organization & Coordination

• Plan, organize, and execute trade fairs, medical shows, and other marketing events across the U.S. and select international locations.
• Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, vendor management, travel arrangements, and on-site setup.
• Develop and manage event structures, schedules, and agendas to ensure seamless execution.
• Collaborate with medical experts to ensure their needs and presentation materials are effectively managed for events.
• Coordinate with the content team and external agencies to develop and deliver marketing materials specific to each event, including brochures, banners, and digital assets.
• Oversee and execute CRM-driven communication campaigns to engage stakeholders before, during, and after events.

Point-of-Sale (POS) Marketing

• Plan Promotional Schedule with the Sales Manager
• Customize content and designs for retailer-specific POS displays, ensuring compliance with branding guidelines.
• Collaborate with US Marketing Manager to develop impactful POS marketing materials.
• Coordinate with creative teams to deliver high-quality, on-time POS content tailored to retailer needs.
• Ensure timely and smooth ordering and delivery of the POS assets to the stores

Administrative & Medical Marketing Support

• Provide administrative support for marketing initiatives, including budget tracking, reporting, and cross-departmental coordination.
• Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system and assist in segmenting, targeting, and analyzing data to improve marketing efficiency.
• Facilitate follow-up communications with event attendees, leads, and medical professionals post-event.

ABOUT YOU

• You have at least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• You are an organizational talent, finding order in complex situations.
• You’re a strong communicator and an engaging team collaborator.
• You are able to work independently and have an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, etc. or equivalent through experience.
• Have an eye for aesthetics and a weak spot for science.
• Experience in the beauty or supplement category is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
