The Position
The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to the Corporate Vice President (CVP) and Senior Leadership team at Novo Nordisk in New Hampshire ensuring the seamless representation of the executive team with a focus on confidentiality and exceptional interpersonal skills. Works independently on projects under the general direction of the CVP. This is a fast-paced manufacturing environment that requires someone who can effectively priotize a series of complex assignments, which often require interfacing with stakeholders across our site along with stakeholders from other Novo Nordisk locations in the US and internationally. Ability to communice effectively in a concise manner is crucial to success in this role. This role will require incumbent to have the confidence to 'push back' and provide substantive direct feedback to senior leadership onsite when necessary to ensure seamless completion of tasks / projects in an effective manenr.
This is an onsite based role 5 days a week Monday-Friday at our West Lebanon, NH bio-production facility.

0-10% overnight travel. Ability to travel internationally. The ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, stand, and walk. The ability to grasp and finger. The ability to speak, listen, and understand verbal and written communication. Repetition including substantial movement of wrists, hands, and or fingers. While performing this job employee work involves sitting most of the time with walking and standing required only occasionally. Lifting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally. Visual acuity to perform close activities such as : reading, writing, and analyzing; and to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of work assigned or to make general observations.
