Job Description
The Manager, reports to the Senior Finance Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis and primarily supports key planning cycles like LRP and Plan for all lines of AbbVies Non-GAAP income statement. This role will also help in the preparation of Executive Presentations, Board of Director Materials & other ad-hoc analyses requested by leadership. This role will work closely with multiple cross-functional stakeholders within Finance and other members of the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team.

Job Description
The Manager, reports to the Senior Finance Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis and primarily supports key planning cycles like LRP and Plan for all lines of AbbVies Non-GAAP income statement. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional Finance stakeholders to drive AbbVies LRP/Plan financial cycles. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate reporting, quick consolidation andthe build out of reporting packages for management
- Assist with producing key analyses for BOD, ELT, Earnings andother management packages
- Prepare analyses quantifying the impact of acquisitions on AbbVies financial performance throughout the different planning cycles
- Support Senior Finance Manager with the consolidation & reporting of AbbVies LRP andPlan financial cycles. This includes the development of rollforwards, income statements andother analyses as required by each cycle
- Support Senior Finance Manager in process improvements focused on the speed & accuracy of Corporate FP&As consolidation by leveraging BPC, Excel, Wdesk andother tools
- Work across the Corporate FP&A team to understand the consolidation andreporting requirements of other cycles to implement process improvements for the Plan andLRP cycles
- Ad-hoc analysis(e.g. P&L profiles, R&D Analytics, LRP pipeline analyses)as required
- Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting. CPA or MBA a plus.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive and related experience,preferably across a range of Finance functions
- Strong attention to detail
- Superior communication skills: ability to summarize complex financial analyses in a clear andconcise manner
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while balancing competing priorities
- Ability to work well in a team environment and build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with BPC, Power BI, W-Desk a plus
