- Process Customer Orders: Review the customer order and execute contract review. Enter the order into the company ERP system Send a PO confirmation to the customer and sales rep and communicate delivery dates for all line items. Archive documents as defined in procedures. Support customers with post-sale issues related to delivery and invoicing: Provide tracking information and replace lost any lost or damaged orders. Working with Finance, resolve any issues raised by customers related to invoicing and credit. Fill and Replenish Field Inventory and demonstration units as requested: Field requests from sales team members and consignment locations to ship inventory to field locations. Document transactions in the company ERP system. Assist with Sales Support: As needed for backup responsibility. Duties may include facilitating credentialling, administering CRM applications, providing marketing literature, supporting the Sales team with Value Analysis Committee submissions, customer agreement facilitation, and providing tools to the sales team as needed
Education & Certifications:
- High School Education or equivalent
- Lean certification a plus
- 5 years in sales order processing, purchasing role for medical device, pharma industry (preferred) ERP systems experience a must
