Job Scope
As the Plasmid Production Assistant Researcher, you will follow the the guidance of the job-specific Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), a series of experimental procedures will be conducted, including cell lysis, column purification, and plasmid recovery, to extract the target genes required by customers.

As the Plasmid Production Assistant Researcher, you will follow the the guidance of the job-specific Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), a series of experimental procedures will be conducted, including cell lysis, column purification, and plasmid recovery, to extract the target genes required by customers.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily maintenance, repair, inspection, and other work related to the department's basic equipment, as well as the writing of experimental records and 5S management.
- Operate according to SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), complete daily production operations, including material preparation, equipment cleaning and maintenance, etc., and provide feedback on any abnormalities in upstream and downstream positions.
- Master the online MES (Manufacturing Execution System) process synchronization operations to ensure data traceability.
- Customize reagents according to production throughput, in compliance with 5S on-site management requirements, such as reagent expiration dates and reagent positioning labels.
- Propose specific production process optimization suggestions, and undertake the specific production work of department process optimization and technical improvement.
- Assist with the completion of related tasks within the department and external positions, and complete temporary tasks assigned by superiors.
- Educational Background: Possess a bachelor's degree in Biology, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in the sciences.
- Proficient in the professional theoretical knowledge of the position, and able to report problems in time.
- Master the professional theoretical knowledge related to the position and understand the upstream and downstream related processes
- Master the working principle of the equipment, and be responsible for the maintenance and maintenance of the team equipment
- Strong interpersonal communication, coordination and organization skills.
- Strong ability to analyze and deal with problems, clear thinking and careful consideration of problems.
