What You’ll Be Doing:

- Develop and manage client relationships to ensure outstanding delivery of recruitment solutions.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to grow our presence in the life sciences industry.
- Own and oversee the P&L for your unit, ensuring business targets and growth goals are achieved.
- Recruit, train, and inspire team members, cultivating a culture of innovation and success.

- A strong billing history and expertise in expanding client networks and achieving results.
