Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter with deep expertise in IT recruiting to join our team in Westwood, MA. In this hybrid role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, partner closely with IT leadership, and drive strategic sourcing initiatives to meet business needs. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy recruiter with a passion for identifying and hiring top-tier talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor for IT recruitment across multiple teams
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to ensure a pipeline of high-quality, diverse candidates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their talent needs and advising on recruitment strategies
- Conduct intake meetings, create job postings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and manage the hiring process from start to finish
- Provide a top-tier candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment cycle
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations throughout the recruitment process
- Use data and metrics to drive decision-making and continuously improve hiring efficiency
- Maintain candidate activity in ATS and ensure accurate documentation
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of IT recruiting experience in a corporate environment (agency-only experience will not be considered)
- Demonstrated experience with large applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Proven track record in sourcing and hiring technical talent across a variety of roles and levels
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Workday ATS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with diversity recruiting best practices
- Experience working in highly matrixed or enterprise environments
