- Full life cycle recruitment, partnering with IT business leaders to identify and meet talent acquisition needs.
- Build trusted advisory relationships with hiring managers, acting as a strategic Talent Acquisition consultant.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies with a focus on building diverse talent pipelines ahead of demand.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates for organizational and technical fit, and guide effective hiring decisions.
- Manage and facilitate the hiring process while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Maintain strong candidate and hiring manager experiences throughout the recruitment process.
- Mentor and coach junior team members as needed.
- Adapt style to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Serve as a change agent, driving recruitment programs at an appropriate pace and style.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in corporate IT recruiting (agency-only experience will not be considered).
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with large Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Web sourcing and social media recruiting expertise
- Experience with Workday ATS
