Senior Technical Recruiter
Estimated Start Date: April 28, 2025
Location: Westwood, MA or Berlin, CT
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office required - Tuesdays and Wednesdays are mandatory, with the third day being your choice).
Daily Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Compensation: $53- $58 per hour (determined by Hiring Manager)
Interview Process: 2-3 rounds of interviews conducted via Microsoft Teams.
About the Role:
As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be a strategic partner to our IT business leaders, responsible for the full life cycle recruitment process. You will build trusted advisory relationships with hiring managers, understand their talent acquisition needs, and develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract top-tier IT professionals. Your expertise in identifying, engaging, and assessing talent will be critical in building diverse candidate pools and ensuring successful hires. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong emphasis on sourcing excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Full Life Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for IT positions, from understanding needs to extending offers.
- Strategic Partnering: Collaborate closely with IT business leaders to define talent requirements and provide expert guidance.
- Proactive Talent Pipelining: Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, relationship building, and talent assessment, anticipating future business needs.
- Creative Sourcing: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies and plans to attract a diverse range of qualified candidates.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions.
- Hiring Process Facilitation: Effectively manage the hiring process within established policies and practices.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and reporting requirements throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of overall talent acquisition strategies.
- Candidate & Hiring Manager Experience: Champion a positive and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Technical Knowledge/Skill/Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Required:
- Savvy recruiter with a minimum of 5 years of corporate IT recruiting experience.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Strategist and consultant to the business.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in web sourcing and social media.
- Solid business acumen and understanding of various technologies.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current industry and technology trends in Talent Acquisition.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to effectively manage and complete work.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with leaders.
- Experience working with large Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Consultative, collaborative, and team-oriented approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Desired:
- Experience with Workday ATS.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Disqualifiers/Red Flags:
- Candidates with only agency recruiting experience will not be considered. Must possess 5 years of direct IT recruiting experience within a corporate environment.
