We’re seeking Principal, Lead, and Executive Recruiters to join our high-performing team. If you have experience in QA, Tech Ops, R&D, Data Science, or Bioprocessing, we want to hear from you!
We’re also open to expertise in Clinical, Medical, Regulatory, Biostats, Commercial, or other scientific/technical areas.

- Full Life Cycle Recruiting Expertise: Proven experience in 360° recruitment, including business development, sourcing, and placing candidates.
- Business Development Success: Strong history of client acquisition, negotiating T&Cs, and nurturing long-term partnerships.
- Specialized Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of your niche within Medical Devices, Biotechnology, Digital Health, or Pharmaceuticals—we’re specialists, not generalists.
- Leadership Skills: Positivity, energy, and a passion for coaching others to success.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Self-driven and ambitious, thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
