To perform general upkeep, maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment. Reports to the VP of Print. Responsibilities
- Ability to work onsite across 3 buildings between 7 : 00 am- 3 : 30 pm Monday thru Friday, hours may vary with schedule
- Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician - Repair drywall, paint, repair doors and other building fixtures, replace filters, etc.
- Manage outside contractors and coordinate when on premises
- Work with equipment operators on routine and preventative maintenance. Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs
- Plans repair work using building blueprints or equipment manual as needed
- Performs routine maintenance on building systems
- Assist with regulatory inspections, documentation, and attend EHS (Environmental, Health and Safety) tours and meetings
- Assist with upkeep of the inside and outside of buildings including tool rooms, maintenance supplies, etc.
- Order supplies and materials as needed for repairs and maintenance
- Other duties as assigned
