Field Service Engineer - Basic Statement of Position
BioView is seeking a highly professional customer focused Field Service Engineer to join our Support & Training team. The successful candidate will live in the Boston, MA area and serve as a support and training engineer for our clients in the Americas. He / She will provide our new and existing customers comprehensive training of the BioView imaging products line. He / She will be responsible for providing prompt support to our users, while achieving the highest possible level of customer satisfaction. He / She will maintain a high level of technical expertise in all aspects of the BioView products, including the biological, computerized and optical features of our products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Installation of BioView systems at customers sites
- Training of new users to successfully operate the BioView systems & software
- Demonstrating BioView systems and applications
- Provide remote and on-site support to BioView customers by installing, fine-tuning, and maintaining BioView systems and applications.
The position requires diagnosing and resolving mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures
You will document all activities, contribute to quality improvement, and focus on maximizing customer satisfaction
