POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Ecommerce Site Manager / Merchandiser to oversee and optimize our B2B and DTC ecommerce platforms. This role will be responsible for managing site performance, ensuring a seamless user experience, driving conversions, and maintaining strong collaboration between internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Shopify Plus, ecommerce merchandising, SEO, analytics, and site operations.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Site Management & Operations
- Manage daily operations for B2B and DTC ecommerce sites, ensuring functionality, speed, and overall performance.
- Maintain and update product pages, pricing, collections, and promotions in alignment with marketing and sales initiatives.
- Ensure proper product categorization, tagging, and metadata for SEO optimization and discoverability.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, work with developers or platform support to resolve site errors, and ensure minimal downtime.
- Implement site enhancements, A / B tests, and UX / UI improvements to optimize conversions and engagement.
