POSITION OVERVIEW
The Site & Content Merchandiser is responsible for driving the online merchandising strategy across our e-commerce platforms. This role involves curating product collections, optimizing site content, and ensuring a seamless user experience that aligns with our brand and marketing goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and inventory, to maximize conversion rates and enhance customer engagement.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Select and feature key products and collections on the site.
- Keep site content updated, including product descriptions, banners, and landing pages.
- Ensure smooth site navigation and search functions for an optimal customer experience.
- Track site metrics like conversion rates and page views to guide merchandising decisions.
- Work with marketing and creative teams to align site content with campaigns and branding.
- Ensure products are in stock and site reflects accurate inventory levels.
- Test different site elements to improve user experience and boost sales.
- Ensure set-up, timing, and execution accuracy of all pricing activity by category / style on the site
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to refine merchandising strategies.
- Create reports on site performance with actionable insights for improvement.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced work environment.
- Effective communication skills are needed, both oral and written.
- Basic PC and Microsoft Office Suite skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Merchandising, or a related field.
