Role Overview:
The Liquidity Change and Data Management team within the Treasury organization collaborates closely with stakeholders to define, drive, and execute end-to-end process design and implementation efforts for processes, controls, infrastructure, and the operational toolset required to support day-to-day Liquidity Risk Management and reporting functions.
These functions include, but are not limited to, liquidity regulatory reporting and metrics, management reporting, and liquidity stress testing, involving global Treasury groups, Finance functions, Risk, technology partners, and business partners in Institutional Clients Group (ICG) and Personal Banking and Wealth Management (PBWM).
The team is instrumental in delivering Treasury’s transformation objectives, and works with stakeholders to identify priorities, coordinate efforts, track progress, and define and implement best practices.
Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery and governance of the Liquidity reporting infrastructure, including external FR 2052a reporting, Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR), funding concentration, and internal stress metrics such as RLAP, RLEN, and RCEN reporting.
- Participate in implementation management for strategic initiatives, manage the technology portfolio budget in coordination with Global Functions Technology Services (GFTS), and provide project support, along with managing communications and policy across Finance and Risk.
- Assist in managing end-to-end program tracking, reporting, and implementation processes, as well as ensuring effective communications.
- Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail, while also being able to grasp the bigger picture.
- Effectively understand and articulate the business benefits of change requests to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven background in liquidity reporting and/or large-scale project management.
- A disciplined, process-oriented approach to delivery with the ability to function in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, particularly at senior levels.
- Accountability for significant business results or authoritative advice regarding business operations, requiring a degree of responsibility over technical strategy.
