BIP US is seeking Associate Project Managers who have prior experience with implementation of strategic initiatives within the financial services space. Associate Project Managers at BIP are integral to our team’s success as they work on components of large and complex programs. These consultants will be responsible for the following: leading workshops to define scope, tracking milestones, creating relevant project artifacts, and providing status reports on progress implementation of platforms.
You must have valid US work authorization and must physically reside in the area of the posted city, within a 50-mile commute. We are unable to support relocation costs.

Required Skills, Experience, & Responsibilities:
- 4 years of project management experience in the financial services industry at a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, McKinsey, KPMG, E&Y, Sapient, etc.), global investment bank, or Fortune 500 company.
- 4 years working with projects in the Capital Markets/Banking area in one or more of cash management, payments, receivables, liquidity management, working capital solutions, commercial card programs, or trade finance.
- Project management experience working on regulatory (Volcker, UMR, MiFID, CAT, QFC, etc.) and change management initiatives is a plus.
- Work closely with business owners regarding relevant controls related to specific market conduct rules, risks, and regulations.
- Project experience working on regulatory consent orders & MRAs from financial regulators.
- Experience working on internal audit findings & remediation projects.
- Manage clear expectations by establishing clear timelines, milestones, and providing transparency on risks, dependencies, and issues through status reporting.
- Assist with test planning, write test scripts, and conduct UAT testing.
- Develop project status updates/reports and communicate to project stakeholders.
- Maintain project plans for identified project workstreams.
- Prior Capital markets experience working on projects in the Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office preferred.
- Understanding of the different project methodologies: Agile Project Methodology, Six Sigma, or Software Development Life Cycle or Project Management (PMP) Certification.
- Experience with ALM tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Management, Business, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering preferred.
**The base salary range for this role is $80,000-$120,000**
