Virtual Speech Language Pathologist

Birch Agency has an immediate opening for a Speech Language Pathologists to work virtually with students in Wilson, NC for the remainder 2024-25 school year. The positions is Full-Time , and the SLPs will provide services to students from Elementary through Middle School . Interviews are being held as soon as possible.

SLP Job Responsibilities

• Screen new students for Speech/Language disorders
• Evaluate students referred with speech/language disorders to determine the degree and severity
• Provide Speech Therapy to students with a wide variety of disabilities
• Complete appropriate paperwork following state guidelines
• Attend IEP Meetings
• Confer with parents and develop home programs when necessary
• Consult with Teachers
• Work as a part of the Special Ed team
• Provide thorough and accurate documentation in a timely fashion
  
  

Required Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech and Communication

NC Speech Language Pathologist State Licensure/Certification

ASHA Certification
