Pay: Starting at $13/hour commission on retail skincare product sales

We specialize in both all-natural and clinical-grade skincare treatments, including facials, LED therapy, and resurfacing treatments. We also offer injectables such as Botox and fillers. Position Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and motivated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis. As the first point of contact for guests, this role is essential to creating a high-quality experience in both the boutique and salon areas.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist all guests with warmth and professionalism
Manage salon and spa appointments using scheduling software
Answer phones and respond to inquiries in a timely, courteous manner
Educate clients on skincare products and services offered
Process sales and transactions accurately
Prepare and serve coffee and tea to guests
Light cleaning and organizing to maintain a polished, inviting space
Support team members to ensure a smooth and exceptional guest experience
Qualifications:
Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused
Previous experience in retail, front desk, or salon/spa settings preferred
Strong sales ability with excellent communication skills
Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Interest or background in skincare, aesthetics, or wellness is a plus
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Starting pay at $13/hour
Sliding scale commission on skincare and retail product sales
