Summary
As a Lawn Maintenance Truck Lead at Birch's Lawn Care LLC, you will oversee your crew's route, ensuring the highest standards of service are met. Located in a vibrant community, this role is essential in maintaining our reputation for excellence in lawn care and landscaping.
Responsibilities
- Work along side and lead a team to ensure efficient, safe and outstanding service.
- Perform regular inspections of properties to assess needs for lawn care and tree maintenance.
- Train team members on best practices for landscape maintenance and customer service.
- Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their lawn care needs and preferences.
- Manage schedules and logistics for timely project completion.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or lawn care, with lead experience preferred.
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a one to three man crew.
- Knowledge of proper lawn care practices. ( watering schedules, proper cut height etc.)
- Ability to operate lawn equipment safely and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
- Basic understanding of irrigation systems is beneficial but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to tow trailers with both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
