Birchwood Farms Golf and Country Club is currently hiring for summer 2025!
Seeking interested candidates for Bag Staff Services.
Hiring ages 16 and up!
Compensation: Hourly excellent tips!

Employment Length:
3-5 months
Duties Include:
- Set up the days scheduled events/players according to the daily tee sheet
- Morning shift to set up driving range and short game area
- Closing shift to load carts with following days bags per the tee sheet
- Greet all members and guests courteously and professionally
- Communicate with the golf shop and starter/ranger via radio
- Park carts orderly in the staging area prior to all events/scheduled play
- Assist all members/guests at the bag drop in a timely manner; arriving and leaving
- When players finish round, wash all clubs, put head covers back on woods, check glove box and baskets for items left behind
- Keep driving range and short game areas stocked at all times
- Assure that all clubs are thoroughly cleaned and bags are properly stored in correct spot
- Thoroughly wash all carts upon return and stock with pencils, scorecards, towels and ¾ full sand bottles before leaving barn
- Maintain a positive, friendly attitude at all times
Birchwood Farms Golf & Country Club is a private member owned association with approximately 700 members. We are located in beautiful Harbor Springs, a Northern Michigan treasure on the shore of Lake Michigan.
