Overview

We are seeking highly motivated Bag Staff to join our team at The Highlands. As a key member of our resort, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while assisting players with equipment and providing course information. This is a full-time or part-time position with flexible scheduling, offering a great work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with guests in a friendly, outgoing, and professional manner.
• Assist guests with equipment and course information, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Maintain the cleanliness of clubs and the cart barn area, adhering to high standards.
• Load and unload bags for guests, demonstrating efficiency and attention to detail.
• Set up, maintain, restock, and clean the golf range, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Run the range picker and clean golf balls, performing tasks with precision and care.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 16 years old and possess a valid Driver's License.
• Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
• Prior knowledge of golf etiquette is preferred but not necessary.
• You should be able to stand for 6-8 hours at a time and lift up to 50 lbs.
