Job Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, while also ensuring the smooth operation of our morning dining service. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Learning and executing daily menus, presentation methods, and preparation techniques for hot and cold food items.
- Performing opening activities each morning to ensure readiness and organization within assigned station.
- Maintaining accurate inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies to ensure proper pars for subsequent days.
- Clearing and cleaning seating areas as needed.
- Washing serving utensils and equipment after service and returning to storage.
- Greeting, acknowledging, and welcoming each guest.
- Engaging each guest as unique individuals; Anticipating and listening attentively to their needs and requests.
- Exercising effective, on-going communication; Relaying any pertinent information to supervisor and/or fellow Breakfast Attendants.
