COMMERCIAL LINES Account Manager - Team Lead

Job Description:
Manage a client base of accounts providing an excellent level of service and profitability for both the customer and our agency. Promote revenue growth, and ensure a high level of retention.
Essential Functions
· Assist Commercial Producers in Retaining and Acquiring accounts
· Complete Acord applications and submit to underwriters for new business quotes on existing and new clients
· Compare Acord applications and policies at renewal and submit to carriers for remarketing
· Provide insured with renewal quotes and bind coverage as needed
· Review policy forms to confirm that insured has necessary coverages for their operation
· Review policies and advise insured if they can benefit from obtaining additional lines of coverage
· Marketing of Risks
· Proposal Building when required
· Policy Changes (Phone and Agency Visits)
· Receiving and Issuing Certificates for the commercial lines service team
· Process Endorsements and follow up with requestor upon completion
· Pull MVR’s and Loss Runs
· Process customer payments (Carrier and Premium Finance)
· Update AMS 360 System
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Florida Property & Casualty (220) License necessary
- Knowledge of AMS 360 management system a plus
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Good listening skills and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of the Southwest Florida Homeowners Insurance Market.
- Comfortable selling to and servicing High Net Worth clientele

- Frequently work at a fast pace with unscheduled interruptions.
